Interior Designer Wanted for Design Build Firm

This is a unique opportunity for someone wonderful to get in with a startup and mold the drafting department. Experience: 3+ Years’ Experience with Residential Interior Design Experience in CAD Programs Such As: Revit AutoCAD Lumion Podium SketchUp Google Drive (Preferred, not required) ASID certified (Preferred, not required) Your Responsibilities are, but will not be limited to: Attend project site pre- bid/pre-con meetings Assist in the development of /Interior Design Production Packages Communicate with architects, consultants, designers, subcontractors, Review Project Plans, Requirements and Specifications Meet deadlines on a consistent basis Head and cultivate the Interior Design Department You must have: Great Attention to Detail Reliable Transportation Self-Starter Attitude Ability to Multi-task Great Communication Skills Ability to Read Blueprints Compensation is DOE | Solana Beach, Ca *First round of interviews will be scheduled ASAP Ideally Candidate to start January 2022
