Position Summary: The Interior Designer is responsible for planning and delivering interior design solutions for workplace projects from concept through installation. Core Responsibilities: * Develop furniture layouts, specifications, finishes, and coordinated documentation for order entry and installation. * Specify furniture, seating, systems, and architectural products; prepare accurate specifications and pricing in collaboration with sales and sales support coordinators. * Frequent collaboration with: Circadia team members (sales team, project managers, sales support coordinators, install crews, flooring team, construction team, accounting, leadership), manufacturer partners (manufacturer reps, customer service, design support teams), client contacts (project managers/leads, procurement, HR, IT, leadership teams), and A&D partners (architects, engineers, designers, corporate real estate managers).
