A Day in the Life: • Work side by side in a team environment with our Design Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projects • Contribute to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firm • Lead project design efforts from early concept development to final documentation • Create visual presentations and communications for client interactions • Discover your areas of interest and work with talented mentors • Develop design assignments throughout all project phases • Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines • Gain valuable project management experience by leading communications between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants • Play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic priorities What You Bring To The Table: • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited university or equivalent field of study • 5+ years of design experience in an architecture firm is preferred • NCIDQ certification is required • EXCELLENCE is a beginning point • INTEGRITY is at the core of our decision making and actions • EMPOWERMENT with accountability makes better decisions • COLLABORATION leverages the best in everyone • BALANCE gives us fuel to do our best • STEWARDSHIP ensures a future • CARING for each other is what holds us together
