We’re seeking a highly skilled, collaborative Interior Designer to join our San Francisco team in a hybrid role (Tues–Thurs in-office). This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge workplace and healthcare interiors while partnering with a dynamic team that values innovation, inclusion, and trust. Key Impact Areas • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare-focused interior projects • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, contractors, and A&D firms • Create detailed space plans, presentations, and live design workshops (in-person & virtual) • Solve complex design and technical challenges using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360 • Apply relevant codes, regulations, and ADA compliance to project documentation • Manage multiple active projects with precision and a client-first mindset • Support and train team members on design tools and project systems when needed Join a team where design meets purpose—and where your talent moves the industry forward.
