Provide design guidance and advice to ensure client satisfaction.Design Development: Create detailed design concepts, layouts, floor plans, and 3D renderings for remodeling projects, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing.Material & Product Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures to meet design goals and client preferences.Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and construction teams to ensure design intent is properly executed and that any design adjustments during construction are effectively communicated and implemented.Budget Management: Develop design solutions that align with the client’s budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and style.Permit and Code Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.Project Documentation: Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and presentation materials for client approval. Maintain accurate design records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Finish Material Spreadsheets: Compile and submit finish material spreadsheets to the ordering department, including all selections, quantities, and finalized decisions.
