We are looking for a customer service person with a lot of patients (cool , calm, collected person) to help answer text messages and emails at all hours on a company provided phone. We want to hire someone who can answer messages immediately and usually that turns into a reservation. This person needs to help me create a cleaning check list for each home for maid service. We want the same person to walk around and and see what can we do to enhance the guest experience. Pay $12 to $15 per hour plus benefits.
