The Medve Group, Inc. is a property investment and management company specializing in multi-family communities in four states We’re presently looking for an Interior Designer/Assistant Project Manager at our corporate office in Irving, TX. The ideal person for this exciting new opportunity will be expected to assist with projects our existing portfolio from concept through completion. Projects will range from interior apartment renovations to large exterior renovations. Responsibilities: • Develop and assist in implement design concepts • Assist with FF&E, color and material selection • Solicit and review pricing, materials and customization for projects • Responsible for creating, processing and following up on purchase orders • Seek contractor bids and lead vendor management efforts • Prepare construction documents, floor plans and layout info • Provide drawings using AutoCAD • Perform on-site quality control checks • Other duties as assigned by the Vice President and Construction Manager
