Interior Designer/Construction Office Manager/Marketing

Job Summary Join us to lead our office operations with energy and precision, contributing to the growth and efficiency of our construction initiatives. Manage project schedules using scheduling software, coordinating timelines with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones Maintain accurate financial records utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks; handle budgeting, invoicing, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks Coordinate vendor management activities including procurement, contract negotiations, and maintaining strong professional relationships Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing confidential personnel information, and supporting training & development initiatives Manage office supplies inventory, filing systems, front desk operations, and ensure proper handling of confidential information with discretion Facilitate client communication by providing updates on project status and addressing inquiries promptly with excellent customer service skills Utilize Microsoft Office tools including spreadsheets to prepare reports, track expenses, and organize project documentation efficiently Help homeowners with selections & coordinate through our vendors. Write up purchase orders for vendors & sub-contractors per Scope of Work. Proven experience in office management within a construction or related environment with strong supervisory capabilities Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices Skilled in schedule management tools and vendor management processes to ensure timely project execution Strong human resources knowledge including payroll processing and employee onboarding procedures Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with experience using financial software and spreadsheets for data analysis Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times Experience in event planning or coordinating meetings is a plus; familiarity with medical office management or front desk operations is advantageous but not required Experience posting to Facebook, Instagram, etc Join us to bring energy, efficiency, and expert organization to our construction projects.
