In this role, you will play a pivotal role in transforming school facilities into vibrant, inspiring spaces coordinating with the design management team to organize FF&E plans and schedules to interface with multiple furniture vendors. Partner with the project management team and multiple furniture vendors to establish milestones and deadlines for successful FF&E procurement, garnering assistance from the design managers and architect of record to schedule and lead FF&E coordination meetings with principals and school representatives to confirm all furniture selections and finish choices for FF&E orders. Here's what you'll need • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related technical field • 5+ years’ experience in a similar Interior Designer or FF&E position • Ability to read and understand FF&E plans and specifications, familiarity with furniture industry standards • Experience managing multiple projects and timelines, organizing project details, and clearly communicate critical updates with program stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, flexible, efficient and task focused in a fast paced deadline driven environment • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to drive to project sites based on business need • Ability to relocate to Jacksonville, FL area if you do not currently reside in Jacksonville
