Interior Designer/Furniture Sales

Position Summary What You'll Do Partner with clients to design functional, beautiful interiors tailored to their lifestyle Drive sales by guiding customers through product selection, layouts, fabrics, and finishes Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up Meet and exceed individual and showroom sales goals Stay knowledgeable about Stickley products, design trends, and materials Collaborate with showroom leadership and design teammates Maintain an inviting, well-organized showroom environment Qualifications Proven ability to generate and close sales in a customer-focused environment Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Passion for design, fashion, or home décor Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends Basic comfort using computers, POS systems, or design tools Preferred (Not Required) Background in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail Experience with consultative or commission-based sales Design education or coursework Knowledge of residential space planning We value transferable skills and are happy to train the right candidate.
