Interior Designer/Home Staging

Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Full Time Salary Position Compensation: Depends upon experience (50-75k year) with health insurance and bonuses. We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Home Stager with at least 3-5 years of experience to join our team. Job Description: As a Home Stager, you will be responsible for designing and styling homes to help clients sell their properties quickly and at the best price. Key Responsibilities: • Visit properties to assess and plan staging needs • Create a design that enhances the home’s best features while addressing areas that may need improvement • Select, arrange, and place furniture, decor, and accessories to create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere • Work with clients, real estate agents, and other team members to meet deadlines and client specifications • Ensure the home staging is completed on time and within budget • Keep up with current design trends to provide modern, attractive staging • Take before and after photos of staging for marketing purposes Qualifications: • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field • Strong understanding of design principles and current trends • Excellent eye for detail and creativity • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of furniture, decor, and color schemes that appeal to a broad audience • Ability to lift and move furniture • Preferred: Certification in Home Staging, and or in Interior Design
