Interior Designer · 2+ years’ experience in a professional office · NCIDQ Certification preferred · Professional degree from an accredited Interior Design or Interior Architecture Program · Experience in project management for Commercial, Hospitality, Resturant and Multi-Family Residential Construction as well as Mid-Rise / Podium Construction · Proficient understanding building codes and zoning codes · Proficient in Industry software such as: AutoDesk Suite SketchUp Revit Adobe Creative Suite (emphasis in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) 3D Rendering in Lumion, or similar · Able to multi-task and maintain organization of files and documents · Adept to managing larger projects with a team; self-govern smaller projects. · Strong Communication skills verbal and written · Proficient at writing specifications for finishes and FF&E; *Compensation negotiable based on skill and experience level* Positions are available immediately with a start date of September 1st 2021 or sooner.
