This is a full-time, in-office position which may require travel to out of state projects. We offer work from home on Fridays. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience at an interior design firm. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be a self-starter. Day-to-Day Duties will Include, but are not Limited to: - Create and manage project budgets, schedules, installation timelines, and project to-do lists - Prepare materials; schedule and attend client meetings and site visits - Create and maintain paint, lighting, plumbing, hardware, and tile schedules for contractors - Produce furniture plans and elevations in AutoCAD or Revit - Create RFQs for custom furniture and window treatments - Create installation timelines; organize and oversee installations - Review and redline all shop drawings to ensure design intent - Represent firm at meetings with architects, contractors and vendors - Oversee / manage issues with contractors, vendors and clients.
