Key Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences • Prepare designs, specifications, and materials lists for client review and approval • Lead project design teams and ensure proper management flow for all phases of active projects • Collaborate with building and permitting officials during permitting and construction phases of projects • Develop detailed project schedules and communicate key deliverable dates to project teams • Mentor and direct the work of junior staff Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture • 8+ years of experience in Design Project Management • Experience with Corporate/Tenant Office Interiors preferred • NCIDQ and LEED certifications preferred • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
