There are many exciting and lengthy projects including gut renovation of a 10,000 square foot estate in Westchester (including landscape and architectural design too), as well as changes to a new apartment in the city which was already applauded in Architectural Digest; the other is a full re- design of a property outside of the U.S. which was also showcased in Architectural Digest. If you are looking to be involved in design work that is on the pages of the most well renown publications, this could be the job for you. This position requires a well-rounded individual with at least 2 years experience in traditional, ultra high end interior design, who has the ability to work from concept phase through construction/installation administration. The job requires the ability to adjust a given approach based on feedback and to maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape including keeping up with trends, in order to provide the best work for the principal. Assist in the design and documentation of interior spaces to include drawing of floor plans, selection of finishes, pattern plans, elevations, details, room and room finishes.
