The most successful candidate will have a confident and friendly personality with some knowledge of home furnishings. For the first few months you will be scheduled 4 - 5 days on the showroom sales floor to generate business and build your clientele. Once a client base is established, your weekly scheduled days in the showroom are reduced, which gives you the freedom to make appointments with clients and work from home as needed the remainder of the week. - Hourly plus sales commission, with the freedom to make your own hours. (Transition to 2-3 days per week in store with flexible remaining schedule)
