Interior Designer/Sales Consultant – Oak Brook & Multiple Area Locations

In This Role, You Will • Work in a beautiful, well-appointed showroom and interact directly with clients to design spaces that inspire and delight. Compensation Notes • Hourly paid training for the first 4 months, with option to switch to commission sooner • Then 100% commission, uncapped, prepaid at time of order • Annual Pay Range: $45,000-$130,000 (Year 1 Average $51,000 / Year 2 Average $61,000) • Average Commission: 7.55% (Range: 6.6%-8.7%) • Annual Performance Bonuses Requirements • 2+ years of experience in retail sales or interior design, OR a career changer with a passion for interior design and at least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field • A track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals.
