We have been in business for over 20 years and have been growing steadily. We are looking for an interior designer / sales consultant to join our team. Enhance client experience by providing outstanding service and communication Engage with clients to create a special home for the owner to enjoy and be proud of for years to come Collaborate with clients and team members to develop concepts and project scope Design kitchen, bath and interior designs, including sketches, layouts and tile elevations Coordinate with draftsperson to generate ID Drawings including flooring layouts, shower layouts, specialty items Engage with clients to develop selections for their project, with attention to budget and style preferences Estimate contract scope costs, with an emphasis on complete scope and accurate budget, including obtaining bids from subcontractors and vendors Draft change orders including pricing for selection and allowance changes or expanded scope and present to client for approval Provide accurate time logs in Buildertrend to track design time and facilitate client billings for time overages
