Interior Designer/Sales Professional

Sixth Sense Studio Tampa, Florida

This is a dual-role position combining interior design and sales coordination. Interior Design (Primary Responsibility) • Lead client design consultations and site visits • Develop full design concepts including mood boards, layouts, and finish selections • Select furnishings, materials, fixtures, and finishes aligned with client goals and budgets • Present design concepts clearly and confidently (in person and via Zoom) • Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining design standards • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors • Conduct on-site visits for measurements, design reviews, and client meetings • Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timeline, and budget Required Qualifications • NCIDQ certified • Proven experience presenting and selling design concepts to clients • Previous sales or client-facing experience (required) • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects • Confident using phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups • Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle; gas & tolls reimbursed) • Social media familiarity (posting and basic video capture) Schedule • Full-time • Hybrid schedule with local travel required Please submit your resume and a brief note outlining your interior design experience and sales background.
