-A working laptop with Google Chrome Installed is required -Personal transportation is required, as you will need to drive to and from various locations -Agency or real estate experience preferred, but not required -Able to provide excellent references and pass a background check -Share our values of a strong work ethic and get-it-done attitude with a sense of fun and positivity Responsibilities: -Meet with clients for design appointments, to give recommendations on how to improve the value of a home and stage it for resale. The properties will sometimes require minor to major renovations -Meet with contractors to get estimates. Gather estimates for suggested work, such as home improvement & maintenance, landscaping, deep cleaning, etc. -Remain in constant contact with contractors and clients to manage expectations, and quality control of all scheduled work -Once work is complete, perform a final walkthrough and create a final punch list when necessary -Select fixtures, finishes, paint colors and place orders -Schedule and conduct staging/de-staging and design installations -Prepare furniture and décor for staging and design installations, pack and unpack decor, soft goods & art -Keep furnitures and décor in our warehouse clean and organized, as well as organizing tools and supplies Who We Are: We are creative, embrace technology and constantly seek new ways of improving the real estate experience for our clients, our team and our community.
