Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Stage Designer. Key Responsibilities • Design and stage homes to maximize appeal and marketability • Use existing inventory to create cohesive, high-impact spaces • Source, select, and coordinate new inventory with an eye for current trends and visual impact • Create mood boards for internal teams and client presentations • Make timely, confident design decisions in a fast-paced environment • Maintain professionalism and adaptability while balancing client preferences with design standards Key Requirements • Proven experience in home staging or interior design • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail • Ability to make quick, informed design decisions • Proficient in creating mood boards and visual presentations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
