Location: Napa, CA / various locations in the Napa Valley POSITION OVERVIEW Retail duties include: driving sales through client interactions, connecting with clients in store and online, understanding furniture lines and ability to create custom furniture based on client’s requirements, ability to close sales. MUST BE able to manage your own time, client service is our highest priority. COMPANY Brick & Mantel is a high-end furniture retail store in Napa, CA run by an ASID accredited interior designer featuring luxury furniture brands that can be custom made to client specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES Create a positive experience for clients from the moment they walk in the door, through delivery of their furniture. Client experience is an essential function of our brand Drive sales from off the floor furniture sales and custom orders Ability and desire to learn the brands featured in the store including product offerings, price range, customization options, lead times, etc.
