Interior Design/Project Manager (Part-Time - 1+ YR Exp Req)

Looking for a Project Manager/Designer to assist on multiple projects from start to finish. Project Manager/Designer tasks include, but are not limited to: ● design ideation ● drawings, floor plan development and interior design construction documentation ● manage and coordinate with vendors and trades to organize project schedules, pushing the project forward ● construction administration/site visits: strong communication and management of contractor/trades, providing diligent site supervision with a focus on design implementation and quality control ● strong understanding of basic construction ● preparation of client presentations & proposal packages for client ● develop custom furniture details and collaborate with vendors for fabrication ● document and file management of all project and client related documentation ● manage budgets and payments for trades and clients ● FF+E and architectural materials/finishes procurement with tracking, coordinating deliveries, storage, and installations Position details: ● Part-time, in-person role with the potential to be hybrid, full-time in the future ● Travel for projects throughout LA ● Valid Driver’s License Galerie Design + Build is a boutique design and development studio based in Los Angeles specializing in residential development with some commercial projects.
