INTERIOR DESIGN/SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

High-end residential interior designer needs upbeat, reliable, right hand person with a positive attitude and good energy to assist in all aspects of running the business and specifically with Social Media help. **Part-time job: hours are consistent but may vary from week to week and can be somewhat flexible, some work can be done from home, but this is mostly an in office position** There is opportunity to gain more responsibilities based on job performance and to grow with the business. Looking for someone who can commit to this position for at least 2 years. DUTIES: Social Media Work: -Help with social media posts, ideas, scheduling, and implementation -Help creating and posting monthly blog posts on Wordpress -Help with creating and posting monthly Newsletters using Constant Contact General Office/Interior Design work: -Sourcing products -Pricing and placing client orders and order follow up -Scheduling deliveries and some delivery oversight -Handling returns, exchanges, and damaged items -Inspecting and labeling deliveries -Paint color sampling -Running errands -Organizing, picking up, and returning samples -Packaging, labeling, and mailing products at post office -Updating resource and CRM lists -Helping with client outreach and marketing materials -Office Organization -Help deliver, set up, and pack up accessories for photoshoots -Returning/exchanging products at local stores APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: -MUST be located in the Westchester or Greenwich/lower CT. area -MUST have a car for transportation and running errands -MUST have a laptop to bring to work. ** -MUST have good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, general social media skills -Basic knowledge of Wordpress helpful but not required -Basic photoshop skills helpful but not required -Basic knowledge of Constant Contact is helpful too -Knowledge of interior design is helpful but not required -**PLEASE EMAIL RESUME AND COVER LETTER FOR CONSIDERATION** Looking to hire someone great quickly!
