Project Oversight: Oversee project design, bids, orders, and installation for clients to ensure design and functionality are achieved and consistent with overall design guidelines. Project Participation: Participate in the design of interior and exterior spaces for new facilities, additions, and renovations as assigned. Directly responsible for scope, budget, and schedule development of assigned projects. Perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards. Personnel Management: Manage and supervise personnel, including hiring and performance management.
