As an Interior Plantscape Design Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Design, ensuring the smooth flow of creative processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables. This position is ideal for someone passionate about plant design, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic fast paced environment. - Managing project timelines, organizing/building design materials, and making sure that all work aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations. - Use problem-solving skills while on the job site and professionally communicate solutions. • Strong creative and artistic abilities • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability • Self-motivated • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Professional demeanor while working with clients • Proficiency in design software • Comfortably operate vehicles in the city • High school degree or equivalent • Valid driver's license • Able to pass drug test/background check • Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the work day • Must be able to climb ladders and work at various heights • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
