Why you should apply for this position today: - Join the industry leader in planning, designing, and building branded spaces for financial institutions - Work with a company that aligns brand, place, and culture to create impactful spaces - Opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts in various disciplines - Lead the design process and bring innovative design concepts to life - Make a difference in the public's health, safety, and welfare through high-quality design and documentation efforts - Be part of a company that values longevity and offers opportunities for career growth and development - Enjoy a balanced lifestyle and a supportive work environment - Contribute to the community through NewGround's commitment to giving back Responsibilities: - Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project schedules - Conduct programming interviews with clients to gather requirements and understand their vision - Provide documentation to estimating to establish project budgets - Interface with various teams (sales, architecture, engineering, digital, and construction) to ensure project alignment - Generate interior design concepts and lead the design finalization process - Conduct site surveys for existing locations - Respond to clients and project executives in a timely manner - Generate and present design concepts, interior finish drawings, furniture drawings, and presentations to clients - Manage the development of construction documents and review project manuals - Review furniture specifications, installation drawings, and provide redlines - Review submittals, shop drawings, and answer RFIs - Attend project walkthroughs and prepare appropriate documentation - Complete projects on schedule and within the established budget Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or a related field - 10+ years of professional experience in commercial Interior Design - NCIDQ Certification required - LEED or WELL accreditation preferred - Experience with CAP Software and/or CET Designer (preferred) Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or a related field
