Interior Sales

Daniel Robert Remodeling is seeking a creative and client-focused Interiors Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on helping homeowners design and plan interior remodeling projects, including kitchens and bathrooms. You’ll guide clients from initial consultation through design and proposal, combining sales expertise with an eye for layout, function, and finishes to deliver an exceptional experience.What You’ll DoMeet with homeowners to understand needs, style preferences, and budgetConduct in-home consultations and take measurements for kitchen and bathroom projectsCreate layouts, selections, and visual concepts using design softwarePresent design ideas, material selections, and detailed proposalsEducate clients on products, timelines, and remodeling processManage leads and follow-ups through CRM to maintain a strong sales pipelineCollaborate with project managers and production teams for seamless project handoffStay up to date on design trends, materials, and product offeringsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in interior remodeling sales , kitchen and bath design, or related fieldProficiency in design software (such as 2020 Design, Chief Architect, Sketch Up, or similar)Strong understanding of space planning, cabinetry, materials, and finishesExcellent communication, presentation, and closing skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and functionalitySelf-motivated and organized with strong time management skillsComfortable meeting with clients in-home, including evenings/weekends as neededEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field is a plus5+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design or interior sales preferred If you’re passionate about design and love helping clients bring their vision to life, we’d love to hear from you.If you’re driven, personable, and ready to help homeowners transform their spaces, we’d love to hear from you.Growing, team-oriented company with strong local reputationOpportunity to shape culture and make a real impactCompetitive compensation and benefitsA team that values quality, collaboration, and community
