Interior Sales and Design

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their interior design needs, provide expert guidance, and assist in creating beautiful, functional spaces. Skills • Proven experience in customer service within a retail or design setting is preferred • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients • Creative eye for interior design, color coordination, and space planning • Ability to listen carefully to client needs and translate them into actionable designs • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in design software or tools is a plus but not required • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for interior design trends Requirements • The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of interior design and sales experience.
