Interior Sales Manager

The Interior Sales Manager is responsible for working with the Western Aircraft MRO sales team and customers to drive sales of interior refurbishment and modification projects on business aircraft. Additionally, the Interior Sales Manager will lead development of project proposals, design schemes, and quotes, and will develop relationships with a wide array of outside suppliers. • Ensure customer and opportunity data is maintained in Salesforce.com. Qualifications & Job Requirements • Prefer five (5) years’ experience, with corporate (VIP) interior completions • Minimum three (3) years’ leadership experience in an interior or completion shop • Thorough knowledge of aircraft interior completion, production and manufacturing operations • Familiarity with the industry vendors, regulations and current procedures for completing interiors on a timely and competitive basis • Must be able to read, understand and utilize blueprints in a fabrication business • Experienced in interior install including removing and replacing interior components • Experience with paint, wood finishing, and soft goods preferred • Strong customer service skills and executive presence Other Prerequisites • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check • Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge • Valid Driver’s License Work Environment & Physical Requirements • Work is primarily performed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment.
