Job Opportunity: About the Role You will work closely with homeowners, interior designers, and builders to advise on tile, wood, stone, and accessories. Key Responsibilities • Greet store customers with a helpful demeanor and support design walk-in needs • Schedule appointments for existing and potential customers while developing clientele through networking and referrals • Provide expert advice on flooring solutions for both residential and commercial projects • Design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions • Manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects with accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up Requirements • Minimum one year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience • Degree in Design is preferred • Knowledge of hard surface flooring is advantageous • Basic mathematical skills are necessary • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential This role offers a minimum base pay of $15.24 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on experience.
