Your primary responsibility will be to provide before and after-sales support to consumers via phone and email, offering comprehensive product information and recommendations tailored to each customer's needs. You will also work closely with customers to understand their project requirements, provide customized design solutions, and recommend products that meet their specifications. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a keen eye for spatial design and a deep understanding of closet systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while experience in customer service, inside sales, and design support is preferred.
