Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Specialist to support our team in Huntsville, AL. • The selected candidate will provide site and office planning, design, layout and configuration recommendations for government facilities that adhere to building, life safety and ADA codes but are also functional and in line with agency standards. • Gather requirements, identify options to support customer needs, develop statements of work, coordinate all work with the customer for approvals, develop contractual documents to perform work, and work with customers to submit documentation for approval. • Act as project coordinator for Facility Operations projects supporting multiple program customers. • Support the development and maintenance of master plans, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
