About the position , • Meeting with internal and external clients to assess interior space needs, develop preliminary floor plans, and provide specifications and cost estimates for a variety of renovation projects. , • Ensuring building compliance with Life Safety Codes, ADA standards, the Federal Prison Rape Elimination Act, Hospital Joint Commission standards, CMS standards, and other relevant state and local building codes. Requirements • Vocational-technical degree in computer aided drafting (AutoCAD) and three years of experience performing interior space planning for large spaces including project management OR education and training in computer aided drafting and five years of experience performing interior space planning for large spaces including project management; experience can be substituted for education on a year for year basis. , • Documented project management experience.
