The Interior Trim Specialist plays a key role in delivering a quality home and customer service to homeowners. Requirements: • Valid driver's license • Punctual and dependable • Carpentry skills • Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow) • Friendly, cooperative, and a team player • Committed to a high level of customer satisfaction and takes pride in their work • Strong communication, analytical and reasoning skills • The endurance to perform strenuous tasks • The ability to safely climb ladders • Ability to excel in and contribute to a team environment • Able to lift at least 40-50 lbs • Able to stand, stoop, push, pull, bend and climb for long periods of time • Other physical duties, as needed • Applicants are subject to a criminal background check and must pass a pre-employment drug screen • Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
