As the Designer you would work hand-in-hand with the on-site building teams to create truly one-of-a-kind projects for wonderful clients. Beyond the design work, the candidate will also be responsible for material selections and procurement, scheduling material and subcontractor flow, collaborating directly with clients to bring their visions to life, managing a seamless flow between the client, office, and site work to ensure success of the project. Education in design is a plus, but is not required for this position. • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. • Strong communication skills to effectively present design ideas to clients, provide instruction to the jobsite teams, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
