The Drafter ensures compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and company standards while maintaining high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle Key Responsibilities • Create and maintain detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD or Sketchup. • Experience:2–4 years of drafting experience in residential construction or custom home building. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
