Job Description
Design the interior and exterior of restaurant buildings
Sketch Preliminary architectural design drawings
Draw rough and detail scale plans
Collaborate with team members to determine how interior space will function
Creative Design
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field is preferred
8 - 10 years’ experience in restaurant design/construction is a MUST
Strong experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop & Sketchup are a MUST
Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements
Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents.
Experience with MS Office Suite, excel, PowerPoint and PMP
Revit is a big plus
