Interiors Architect

Working closely with the Principal, interior designers, consultants, and contractors, the Interiors Architect plays a critical role throughout every phase of the design process—from concept development through construction. Duties & Responsibilities • Produce necessary architectural documents from schematic design through construction documentation, including interior elevations and plans, 3D renderings, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), cabinetry and millwork drawings, tile layouts, custom furniture drawings, and finish plans. • Utilize AI tools for client visuals and presentations • Collaborate closely with the Principal and design team to translate the design vision into technically sound, buildable solutions while maintaining design integrity. • Coordinate architectural details with consultants including architects, builders, landscape architects, and specialty consultants. • Coordinate custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, metalwork, hardware, and other bespoke architectural elements with fabricators and artisans.
