Potential to continue work together on future projects depending on how things go. \\- Seeks to strike a balance between working well independently and knowing when to stop to get a second pair of eyes on something \\- Has opinions but is open to learning and seeing other perspectives \\- Can work collaboratively with little / no ego towards a common goal Experience Required... \\- Drafting of several detailed design drawing sets (architectural / interiors projects only) in AutoCAD with yourself as the lead drafter Bonus Program Skills (not required)... \\- Sketchup - for 3D spatial modeling + light furniture Modeling \\- Adobe Photoshop - for changing paint colors in rooms / flooring finishes / adding in Millwork to existing photos \\- Excel - to update Schedules / Budgets Availability Required... \\- For this short Project: 8-10 hour days required starting immediately until we hit our first benchmark goal (if you can do any days this weekend to help me meet this deadline - a bonus) Compensation... \\- $35-$45/hour depending on experience \\- You will be hired as a 1099 contractor and must be legal to work in the United States To Apply... your interests, what your work goals are, and give a few times you're available to meet via Zoom.
