With your design expertise, leadership skills, and business development acumen, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s success. • Lead internal teams with authenticity to guide, mentor, and nurture their professional development • Collaborate with the Creative Director to support staff’s professional development goals by work assignment and aptitude • Direct and coordinate work for teams throughout the project’s lifecycle • Manage working sessions involving multiple disciplines and consultants to streamline deliverables • Assemble the consultant team for the project; identify scope of work, generate fee proposals and facilitate contracts • Issue add services and get them approved in a timely manner • Ensure effective construction services through leadership on site visits and shop drawing analysis • Establish and monitor work plan, project budget and profitability Requirements • Professional Interior Designer and have passed the NCIDQ exam or be a registered Architect with current license required, Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the SF Bay Area A/E/C Industry • Experience in one or more of the following market sectors: Healthcare, Education, Life Science and Workplace.
