Interiors Intern

Structure of the Internship Interns are typically assigned tasks on a week-to-week basis, allowing exposure to a variety of projects and team members. As the internship progresses, interns may be placed on a dedicated project, working more closely with a designer to provide consistent support and gain deeper project experience. This intern will also receive intentional mentorship from various team leaders. The team will assess each intern’s strengths and provide opportunities and exposure to further develop and deepen those skill sets. Reporting Structure
