Adamick Architecture is in search of a skilled and personable candidate to fill the role of Interiors Production Staff. In this position you will assist the Interiors Staff, as well as the Principal and Operations Manager to contribute to the continued success of our firm. We are searching for a candidate who is highly organized, coachable, and can work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision. We prefer a candidate with 1–2 years of professional experience, but we are willing to work with the right individual. Our ideal hire would be able to manage the following expectations and responsibilities: Expectations: • Effectively communicate with team members and organize workload; meet established deadlines • Be a motivated, self-starter open to opportunities to learn and ask for advice; self-evaluate one’s skills, efficiency and where improvement is needed • Complete tasks with accuracy, precision, and attention to detail • Dedicated minimum of 40 hours per week • Be a clear written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; demonstrate the ability to listen actively and communicate professionally with clients • Have the ability and willingness to be flexible, working both independently and collaboratively with the project team, consultants, and contractors • Be capable of learning and adapting to new software as required • Demonstrate a good work ethic, eagerness to learn new skills, and a team-first attitude Responsibilities: Interior Design Support • Assist the lead designer per their direction in preparing client design presentations; selecting conceptual images, generating 3D views, rendered elevations, and material selections in Revit • Attend client meetings, prepare agendas, and take thorough meeting minutes • Develop an understanding of what should be included in a client presentation based on the meeting agenda • Create and maintain selection schedules for finishes, fixtures, and furnishings in Excel • Maintain the sample library, including ordering and organizing samples • Produce design boards using InDesign and Photoshop • Develop a working knowledge of interior detailing and an eagerness to expand that expertise Office Administration • Receive calls, take messages, and set appointments • Maintain the office environment • Scan and organize project-related documents • Assist the operations manager in the production and updates of proposals, reports, applications, and other documents • Assist in coordination of holiday greeting cards, team events including the holiday dinner, annual crawfish boil, annual Fall BBQ, annual bowling tournament, and other team-building activities • Enter, track, and audit expenses and mileage in Harvest project management software • Track time via Harvest Qualifications and Educational Requirements: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited school (NAAB or CIDA) Requirements: • Proficiency in Revit required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) • Proficiency in Adobe Suite • Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks • Punctuality and dependability are essential • Ability to work well under pressure and adjust priorities as needed • Proactive, self-starting mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred Skills: • SketchUp • Enscape
