General responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Non-licensed entry level professional interior design staff • Performs a variety of tasks requiring the application of standard discipline related techniques for small projects or selected segments of larger projects • Develops design layouts and details, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work. • Collaborate with project teams during project design phases including programming, concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation • Develop design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, presentation materials, analysis, and construction drawings and schedules • Participate in the construction administration of projects including jobsite visits, review of submittals, and responding to contractor questions • Communicate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including clients, owners, users, team members, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project objectives • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and participation in continuous learning • Help deliver great projects with a sense of energy, passion and personal responsibility At JMT, we prioritize a healthy work/life balance and offer a flexible hybrid working schedule.
