Key Responsibilities • Successful candidates should have 8yrs+ technical experience • Plays a crucial role in bringing our design visions to life by providing technical expertise, developing detailed drawings, and ensuring that design concepts are seamlessly translated into built environments while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in interior design, execution and... living design. • Utilizes Revit, and other relevant software to produce detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications for interior spaces. • Coordinates with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate technical requirements, building codes, and regulatory standards into the design process. • Produces, reviews, and analyzes accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of projects to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards. • Stays up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and technical documentation to enhance expertise and contribute to continuous improvement.
