Intermediate Architect/Interior Designer

ZWP’s Los Angeles office is dedicated to the full-scope design and development of high-end custom residences and condominium projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of material selection, proportion, and detailing, with solid experience across all phases of high-end residential projects—from Concept Design through Construction Administration. You will work closely with project leadership and the team on luxury custom residences, supporting architecture, interior and landscape development, millwork and finish detailing, FF&E planning, technical documentation, and construction-phase coordination to ensure accurate and consistent project execution. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design (candidates with up to 8 years of experience are encouraged to apply; role responsibilities and compensation will be aligned with experience level) Demonstrated experience on high-end residential projects from concept design through construction
