Intermediate Architectural Drafter/Designer

In the role of Intermediate Architectural Drafter/Designer, you will have the opportunity to lead alongside the Senior Architectural Designer and Principal in both design projects and firm-wide initiatives. • 4 to 8 years of relevant design experience in the interior design industry; with significant time spent on high-end residential projects preferred • Bachelors’ or Masters Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field from an accredited school • Proficient in Vectorworks required; or ability to independently and quickly train-up due to expertise in other similar platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) • Strong working knowledge of current building codes and interior architectural detailing • Experience with 3D renderings in Vectorworks and/or SketchUp or similar • Proficient in G-Suite, Mac OS a plus • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong time management across multiple projects and clients • Clear communicator and team player, skilled in verbal, written, and visual design communication
