Intermediate Designer

PIVOT Architecture seeks a design professional with 2-4 years of experience. Work in a team-based environment where you are an active member in all phases of project development Be engaged in a wide variety of projects including education, adaptive reuse, multi-modal transit facilities, workspaces, affordable housing, and public and private development Work collaboratively with our firm to apply your creative, critical thinking skills to our project work Bring an eye for detail, the ability to listen and translate client needs, and the ability to iterate design ideas Develop a fluency to work independently and across multiple project teams Contribute to our founding design ethos of 'strong bones, warm heart' Contribute to outcomes that consider environmental impacts, client goals, and spatial delight Qualifications Professional degree from an accredited school in architecture (required) 2-4 years of experience Self-motivated, with proven design skills evident in a strong portfolio Experience producing design and construction documentation is desired Our design and documentation process is Revit based, with support from hand media, Adobe Creative Suite, and various 3D rendering and animation programs; proficiency with those formats and strong technical skills are preferred.
