Intermediate Designer FORGE Architecture + Design Youll work closely with senior staff, bring fresh ideas to the table, and develop your skillset through meaningful design, strong mentorship, and exposure to diverse project types. What Youll Do • Collaborate with design teams on early concepts and visioning • Develop space plans, design presentations, and production drawings • Assist with material and finish selections, furniture and lighting specs • Translate redlines into detailed, accurate documents • Stay proactive on deadlines, time allocation, and team communication • Contribute to high-quality deliverablestechnical and visual • Participate in office initiatives and support marketing materials or RFPs as needed Our culture values curiosity, kindness, initiative, and design integrity.
