They are seeking an Intermediate Education Interior Designer to oversee the entire lifecycle of educational, high-end residential, cultural, commercial, and community-focused projects, from initial concept through to final execution. Key Responsibilities:Lead design development and production activities for multiple projects, maintaining alignment with client goals and project criteriaLiaise closely with clients, consultants, vendors and team members ensuring solid relationships are built and maintainedCoordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project completionConduct site visits and manage construction administration to maintain design integrity throughout the building processCreate and deliver design concepts and presentations s to clients, highlighting project developments Key Skills/Requirements:5+ years of industry experience in interior architectural designBachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Interior DesignNCIDQ certification (preferred)Proficient in using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for technical design and documentationStrong leadership and organizational abilities to guide projects through all stages, from initial design to construction management.Outstanding abilities in presenting and communicating through graphic, verbal, and written methods.
